I've seen people on social media advising to "squeeze the customer," especially when they come to WhatsApp. Let me tell you the bitter truth: In the world of HOMEBUILDER TZ, we don't shake people, we provide value!

1. It's Knowledge vs. Money (A "Win-Win" Situation)

The customer doesn't give money because they feel sorry for me; they give money because they need my knowledge and my time. If they didn't like my map or my work, they wouldn't give a single cent.

I give you Knowledge: You get the best map and professional advice.

You give me Money: You pay for the value you get.

If you don't want it, keep your money, I'll keep my knowledge. We're not owed!

2. Discipline and Respect, Not Humility

There's a big difference between having work discipline and being humble to the customer. I am highly disciplined and I respect everyone who comes to me for service, but I will not waver. I am confident in what I do because I do good work that people love!

3. Rather than waver, I will return to Wanging'ombe!

I have only one position: If I see that I am starting to waver for a client if I am not smart, then it is better to pack my bags and return to Wanging'ombe, in Njombe region.

There I will cultivate maize, peanuts, and sunflowers in peace.

Rather than lose the dignity and respect of my profession by being humble, a hoe in my hand is enough for me!

Advice to My Fellow Craftsmen and Experts:

Stop being too humble to clients; you make them see that your service is worthless or that you are very hungry. The client wants your product, you want their money—you are right! If you humble yourself, you devalue yourself and you will lose intelligent clients.

My work is what speaks, not flattering words! 💯🏗️
