Many people think that going to inspect a plot (Site Visit) is only going to measure the width and length.

This is a misconception that causes major losses, the map not sitting well, and the buildings starting to get cracks early.

1️⃣ REALITY OF MEASUREMENTS vs. DOCUMENT (Site Situation)

On paper it may be written that the plot is 20 by 20 meters, but when you go to the site you find that there is a steep slope, rocks, or neighbors have entered your boundary.

If we draw a map without seeing reality, the building may not sit well or cost more money to repair the foundation.

2️⃣ BUILDING LAYOUT AND INFRASTRUCTURE PLANNING (Site Layout)

A site inspection helps us know:
