12 mm STONES: 4 Tons

16 mm STONES: 2.5 Tons

Binding Wire: 2 Rolls

🔹 BUILDING MATERIALS:

Brick: 5,500 Pieces

Cement: 550 Bags

Black Rock (1/4): 70 Cubic Meters

Clean Sand: 120 Cubic Meters

🔹 WOODEN AND FORMWORK MATERIALS:

Marine Boards: 220 Pieces

2x4 Boards: 250 Pieces

2x2 Boards: 200 Pieces

Piledrivers: 300 Pieces

🔹 NAILS:

3" Nails: 100 Kilos

4" Nails: 180 Kilos

💡 IMPORTANT POINTS TO NOTE:

✅ Only for the Frame: These are estimates only construction of the house (except for the roofing and finishing).
