 🧱 Important Things to Know in Construction

1️⃣ Do not install the ceiling before wiring Phase 1

Make sure all electrical work (cable routing) is completed first to avoid breaking the ceiling later.

2️⃣ Do not install marble on concrete before installing the “rough floor” (screed)

The floor screed helps to level the surface and increase the durability of the marble.

3️⃣ Do not install marble in the bathroom before completing all plumbing systems

This prevents breaking the tiles in case of plumbing repairs.

4️⃣ Do not install bathroom fixtures before completing the marble

The sink, toilet, and other fixtures should be installed last so that they are not affected by the ceramic work.
